Audi e-tron Maintenance Guide

Audi Service Mechanic Checking engine

Your Audi e-tron is a finely crafted piece of machinery designed to stand the test of time. Electric vehicles generally require less maintenance over time compared to their gasoline-powered counterparts. However, Audi EV maintenance is still needed from time to time to ensure your e-tron continues to run as the manufacturer intended. Below, Boulder and Denver drivers can find the recommended Audi e-tron maintenance schedule. Familiarize yourself with the service your Audi EV needs, and set up an appointment if your vehicle is due for any of the tasks below.

Minor Audi EV Maintenance

Your Audi e-tron will not require regular oil changes, but minor maintenance will need to be performed once a year or every 10,000 miles. Minor maintenance includes checking the thickness of the brake pads to ensure safe stopping in Aurora as well as checking the front and rear axle and suspension components. We'll take a look at the dust seals on ball joints and tie rod ends. If there are any warning lights illuminated on your dashboard, we'll address these issues at this visit, too.

At this visit, it is also important to check the tire condition, tread wear, and wiper blades.

Standard Audi EV Maintenance

The Audi e-tron maintenance schedule also includes standard maintenance at 20,000 miles, or after 2 years. These tasks will be repeated every 20,000 miles or 2 years. In addition to the minor maintenance tasks listed above, at this Audi e-tron maintenance visit, we'll inspect the body and the chassis. Our team of technicians will look for corrosion or paint damage.

Because the charging port is such a crucial component of your vehicle, we'll check it for contamination or damage. We'll also inspect all exterior lights.

What else is inspected as part of this Audi e-tron maintenance visit?

  • High voltage cooling system
  • Interior lights
  • Panoramic sunroof
  • Rear axle drive
  • Safety belts
  • Windshield washer and headlight washing system

Additional Audi EV Maintenance

  • Brake fluid replacement - every 2 years
  • Dust & pollen filter replacement - every 2 years or 20,000 miles (whichever comes first)
